winners of each of the 5 groups played one another at Needham
Market on 4th September. Each team would play against 2 other
teams in the Fours, and the remaining 2 teams in the Pairs.

win.

9 on the board before Elmsett even won an end, the game finished
in an 11-3 victory for Barking.
Belstead ran
out to an 8-0 lead over Stanningfield after 5 ends, but the second
half belonged entirely to Stanningfield, who not only caught
up, but overtook their opposition, to win 10-8.

6-0 up over Elmsett after just 2 ends, and never looked back,
winning the game 13-2.

were just behind, on 3, while Belstead and Elmsett had yet to
get off the mark.

The closest game of the night was Belstead against Elmsett. Belstead
ground out an early lead, before Elmsett won the last 3 ends
to pull back 4 shots to earn a 6-6- draw.
Stanningfield
didn't allow Elmsett much of a look-in, winning 9 of the 10 ends,
for a 10-2 victory.
Claydon picked
up a 4 on the 4th end to take the lead over Stanningfield, and
that held them in good stead for the rest for the game, which
they took 10-6.
Barking had
the lead early on against Claydon, but over the last 4 ends,
the game slipped from their grasp, as Claydon came through for
a 12-6 win.
Barking made
the early running against Belstead, and led 4-1 after 3 ends,
but after that it was all one-way traffic, Belstead finally winning
13-5.
